Columns getting cut off is the most common formatting problem. Fix 1 (Landscape): Page Layout tab → Orientation → Landscape. This gives more horizontal space for wide spreadsheets. Fix 2 (Scale to Fit): Page Layout → Scale to Fit → Width: 1 page. This shrinks the spreadsheet to fit all columns on each page. Be careful - very wide spreadsheets shrunk to fit may produce tiny, unreadable text. Fix 3 (Print Area): Select only the columns you need → Page Layout → Print Area → Set Print Area.
